Shipping policy
To stream our shipping and overheads as a small business, we ship all of our orders every other Monday. Your order will be shipped on the next shipping date. All orders must be placed before Saturday at midnight to be included in the following Monday shipping. Boxes are shipped quickly, arriving in 48 hours or less (usually 24 hours) in the best sustainable industry packaging and dry ice to ensure your dog food stays frozen. Delays sometimes occur that are outside of our control. In the vast majority of cases, delays do not cause any spoilage.
Your dog food will arrive frozen or partially frozen. The USDA confirms that meat that is cold to the touch (colder than refrigerator temp.) can be eaten safely and also refrozen.
